Nestled in Market Square, Rainbow Cinema is one of Toronto’s last independent theatres. It boasts a piano in the lobby and a series of hand painted murals. In addition to Rainbow’s old-timey décor, the theatre experience is much more intimate than your typical mega-theatre. The seats are spacious, the snacks are delicious and most importantly, the staff are courteous. As well, there’s never a shortage of new films to watch! So if you’re in the mood to see a film, why not pay a visit to Old Town.

King East Tip: Enjoy new releases for only $5 every Tuesday.
